My favorite value at LPL is “Stop and consider the big picture” because it encourages thoughtful decision-making and strategic thinking. By taking a step back to assess the broader context and long-term impact of our actions, we can make more informed choices that align with LPL’s goals and values.

My favorite core value is “One Team One Mission” because it really speaks to the experience I had as an intern, meeting with many different teams internally. It was amazing to be able to see first-hand the collaboration between different teams to achieve our goal.

My favorite LPL core value is one team on one mission, I think it's very important that everyone works as a team and helps contribute to the bigger picture. Even as an intern at LPL, I have been able to contribute to the bigger picture. The projects that I have been working on have all been impacting indiviudals beyond just my team members, which is incredible!

My favorite core value at LPL is to value progress over perfection because I strive to be a lifelong learner and appreciate how everyone I've met through this internship has helped and encouraged me to experiment and learn through my work.

My favorite core value that we have at LPL Financial is "One team, one mission". It emphasizes the importance of unity and collaboration within our company. It means that everyone within our organization is working together towards a common goal.

My favorite core value at LPL would have to be value progress over perfection. As someone who worked in experience design, I often found myself wasting efforts in making something perfect when in hindsight, I would always find flaws in my own work. Gradually bettering your product and improving on little details will be more beneficial in the long run.
